What to expect when using CreatorIndex.

CreatorIndex helps people discover creators, follow observed audience movement and prepare creator shortlists and campaign briefs. CreatorIndex is operated by Prince Mredlana, trading as CreatorIndex. For support or privacy enquiries, email hello@creatorindex.co.za.
You may browse the public index without signing in. Saving favourites, requesting creators and using private workspace features requires an account. Use an account you control and keep access to your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for the information and instructions you submit.
Connect only accounts you are entitled to control. TikTok sign-in confirms control of the authorized account at that time. It does not establish control of other platforms, guarantee audience authenticity or automatically claim an existing public profile. Public-profile matching, admission to the index and publication of creator-written suggestions require separate review. Reporting an incorrect account places the claim on hold for review and does not transfer it to another person.
Profile suggestions are submitted for editorial review before publication. Collaboration preferences do not guarantee opportunities or brand work. Eligible verified creators can receive in-app campaign proposals when their availability is open. Sending, receiving or expressing interest in a proposal does not create a booking or accept a contract. Campaign and brand details are supplied by the sender. Email notifications and ongoing TikTok analytics authorization are not provided by this feature. Sample workspace statistics are illustrative, labeled synthetic and separate from observed performance.
Rankings describe observed performance or audience size within the selected list. They do not guarantee suitability for your brand, future results, availability, authenticity or campaign outcomes. Data can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Platform-specific metrics should be read with their source, sample and limitations.
Creators can appear in the public index without holding a CreatorIndex account. Listing does not imply a partnership, consent to a campaign or endorsement. Creator requests are reviewed and do not guarantee inclusion or a response within a particular time. Do not submit private contact details or information you are not entitled to share.
A brief records your campaign requirements and helps you review potential creators. Candidate discovery is a starting point for your own assessment. It does not establish audience overlap, campaign fit, creator pricing or availability as verified facts. The current workspace does not book creators, process campaign payments or create a contract with a creator.
Do not spam requests, impersonate someone, attempt to access another person’s saved work, bypass access controls or deliberately disrupt the service. Respect creator rights and the terms of the platforms linked from the index.
You retain rights you hold in the briefs and information you submit. We process that information to provide the requested features. Creator names, images, platform logos and linked content belong to their respective owners. Displaying them does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement.
Email digests are optional and separate from sign-in. Our privacy policy explains the information used by the current features. Changes to email preferences are available in your account.
Features and data coverage may change as the product develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional paid or campaign services, if offered, will have their applicable terms disclosed before you commit.
